


You just finish a three-page word document with dozens of hyperlinks on it you save it as PDF. A tagged PDF is exported.Are you a Macbook user and working on MS Word 2011 or earlier and PDF a lot? Then there is a good chance you come across vexing issues as this:

Fill in the Description Field and click “ OK.” To add an ALT tag to images, right click or Control+click on image and select Description option.Open Word or PowerPoint document in Open Office.For best results, save your original files as the older format. Note: OpenOffice is installed on CLC Student Lab Macs at PSU. OpenOffice is an open source analogue of Microsoft Office, but sometimes it has some extra tricks not in Microsoft Office. There is a cheap and simple accessibility tool for the Mac built within OpenOffice for the Mac (a shareware product).
